NDC is operating today with limited staff in Operations. Carriers are beginning to move freight; however, continued delays are expected throughout the week. We will not be shipping any products that require temperature control (either cold chain or freeze protection) due to uncertainty in the network. The NDC team will be working through the upcoming weekend to get schedules back on track by next week.

If you anticipate closing your offices due to any reason, please let us know immediately to avoid any delivery issues. Please consider drop shipments as well. Please provide dates of closure with a 24-hour notice, if possible.
